Dial-up problem

Some Castlebar eircom customers have had Internet access difficulties in the early part of March following the recent change in the eircom dial-up number. This appeared to be due to a technical problem within eircom and has now been fixed. Some unusual effects were experienced when using the new dial-up number for this area. Dialling other eircom exchanges gave perfect Internet access indicating that the problem was occurring only on some lines and particularly affecting people dialling from Castlebar.

Remember that you should now have changed your dial-up number to the new number. The new eircom dial-up number is 1892 150150. For assistance dial eircom 1800251151.
