We Want YOU to Provide Material for the Castlebar Web Site!

You can provide us with material for the Castlebar web site. It's easy with our new system. Write your piece in MS Word, notepad or any convenient word processor and then cut an paste it into our browser-based upload system to create an article for www.castlebar.ie. If you have anything interesting to say about anything from the state of the roads to the skills of the youngsters in Castlebar Celtic to the fortunes of the Mitchells or the success of Charlestown at the weekend. From what did you think of the Magic Flute in the Linenhall to what you think of the war in Afghanistan - it's all fair game on www.castlebar.ie!

At the Blues

We are launching a new easy to use content generation system for Castlebar's web pages. We want YOU to provide content. It's as simple as cut and paste. Join our team of content providers.

If you have a digital camera or a scanner it is even better because now you can upload your photos with your browser - it's as easy as click and point.

All you have to do is send us an email and we will give you a username and password and you can start uploading. In a day or so depending on how busy our editors are your piece will go live on the web with your byline - we provide you with a safety net in terms of checking over what you have written for bloopers etc. (although obviously we prefer if writers would run a spell check themselves before uploading!)
