 CCTV causing 'epidemic of mooning', warns RUC by our crime correspondent, Rob Berry Portadown's new CCTV system has caused an outbreak of indecent behaviour, according to RUC constable Bill Mason. "I haven't seen this many bare backsides since my stag night," said PC Mason. "As soon as the pubs kick out, every twit in town is dropping their trousers in front of the cameras. It's a terrifying spectacle for any right-minded person to have to witness, especially when the crowd from Jameson's get going - it doesn't look like they're too fussy about personal hygiene, I'm afraid." However PC Mason admits that the RUC is having difficulty identifying the culprits, as those who recognise the offending backsides are understandably reluctant to admit it.
