You are talking apples and oranges, my friend, there is no correlation between the nuclear scenarion and the car example you give. The US is simply giving the rest of the world carte blanche to develop AND use tactical nuclear weapons against it! The US has basically announced to the world that it considers nuclear weapons to be just another option as a first strike or battlefield weapon. A very STUPID and DANGEROUS move indeed. This ignorant move on the part of the Bush administration will only escalate the arms race and make it "legitimate" to lob small nukes at the slightest provocation. Do you think for ONE MOMENT that other countries would hesitate to give us a taste of our own medicine, if we use these small tactical nuclear devices?? Or before?? YOUR lesson for the week.
