There's always rumours that some well known company is coming to Castlebar, or there's gonna be a new superpub. Does anyone know if any of these rumours are actually true?

Mainly the ones that say we're getting an Argos, or that the old building in Hopkins carpark (behind Hennellys) is going to be made into a pub. Or maybe something I havent even heard of yet?
