Must say I'd heard all those rumours in one forma or another except the piece about Arro being up for sale. (Too damn dear in that shop anyway!)
I had heard that Argos and KFC were going in those new units out near Roadstone around where Broderick's Electrical is going.
The Superpub one has been doing the rounds for years, I had heard that the man in question and acquired Fagan's Gates (of the church book fame) as mentioned by someone else in this thread.
