The annual St. Patrick's Day parade in Castlebar takes place on Monday, March 17, starting from the Industrial Estate at 3.00, assembly 2.30. The theme for this year's parade is 'Irish and proud of it.' Lots of music and novelty events. Look out for a great samba band. Craic galore. Now one of the biggest parades in the West. Join the happy gang in a great day for Castlebar, the county capital. Greetings from the parade committee to Castlebar people all over Ireland and in different parts of the world. Up the 'Bar.
