This woman of the cloth went on at lenght about how, while we had all prayed for peace, it hadn't worked and now we should all support war so it can be resolved swiftly (I would swear she almost said painlessly too!!!). When an Iraqi woman came on to argue with the good sister, her only response was that she would pray for the poor (Iraqi) girl 'cos there was no hope of convincing her. Indeed she was not prepared to field any on air argument against her perspective, claiming that she's said her bit and had to be off now that she's given the good ole middle America perspective. Incidentally when Joe Duffy or another caller said to her that Jesus said we should love our enemies and that also included Sadaam Hussein she replied something like Yeah she loved him but he was a bad man and needed to be killed - Such is the God guided logic of the Fundemalist christians of the US (And a fair chunk Irish America too it would seem - Amazing the amount of Irish Americans that support Bush merely because of his (dubious in any case) stance on abortion yet they have no problem with him facilitating the killing of thousands of live babies!)
