[Photo Galleries ][Polls Discussion ] Posted by Melmac on April 04, 2003 at 21:30:40: Contracts to rebuild Iraq have begun to be issued by the Bush administration, all to US companies and many on a no-bid basis, to companies with ties to the administration. Question? If the Americans are interested in the welfare of the Iraqi people, rather than the profits of American corporations, why won't the Iraqi companies be allowed to rebuild their own country, keeping the profits from the reconstruction of Iraq, in Iraq?
