The radio stations publish and broadcast their schedule in the hope that they will get listeners. It's like the death notices - once one local station realised what a big hit they had on their hands, they all had to do it or lose out to the competition. The alternative is to get RTE, Mid West, CRCFM and even BBC Radio 4 who also broadcast Sunday morning religious services, around a table and say - OK only one of your stations is allowed to broadcast religion on Sundays - you decide which one or we will tell you. Unless of course the idea is simply to ban broadcasting of Religious services altogether. Now that's an interesting idea in the current climate. Allah be praised God is Good, etc.
