I remember hearing that five people control most of the Worlds media.
AFIK Rupert Murdoch (Sky/Star/Fox TV and most British Tabloids) and Ted Turner (CNN/Time/Warner/AOL) are among the five.
Tony O Rielly ("Independent" and most Irish newspapers) is probably fairly high up the list as well
