the only thing about so many stations in castlebar is that the majority will be dance:
the dance station that might be the best a head would be ICE FM, for chart and 2fm like, it would be STATIC FM, and RADIO CONNAUGHT on 594mw, will be interesting because it will include on its programming STATIC FM, ICE FM, PULSE FM (i think thats what it is known as) and hopefully CHOICE FM which is not confermed yet with him.
radio connaught is really to give people an idea of stations in the west are like that cant pick them up on fm. a link as such
radio connaught will also include its own programming which proberly be 70's 80's & 90's, but it is unknown when it will start up since we are more focus in static fm at the moment. it has been a while since it has been on air and even since that in parts of castlebar, people could not pick it up.
currently RADIO CONNAUGHT are having difficulty with there antanna, which is very difficut to get one made.
