Spectrum were
a) the good guys from M.A.S.K., which was a cartoon about cars and things that changed into planes and boats and whatnot - each driver wore a special-power mask
b) the good guys in "Capatain Scarlet", which was the international police force, with all of its members coded by a seperate colour
