In Ireland nobody seems sure what the National sped limit actually is because on some signs (and Dept of the Enviornment documentation) It is stated as 96 Km/H (60mph) while on others itsgiven as 100Km/h (62.5 mph)
Not that many people pay any heed of this anyway since if you go along the N5 people are either doing
1) Well over 80 mph
or
2) about 45mph and In the MIDDLE of the road
