When I move my PC between Here and Castlebar I always have to go into my dial up connection settings and change my modem settings between "Ireland" and "United Kingdom" otherwise It wont dial up my ISP
Its all to do with telephone codes and suchlike and If I use the wrong setting it will try and stick a "00353" or "0044" in front of my ISP's number.
