So what happens on Jan 1st then ?
If I take money out of an ATM will it be in Punts or Euro's
If I need to use a payphone will it take 20p or 30c (Im sure Eircom will use the changeover as an excuse to rip payphone users off AGAIN)
what about vending machines, parking metrers, slotmeters, jukeboxes etc
I cant imagine all these technicians working on new years eve to ensure a smooth changeover.
What If I go into a shop and pull a mixture of punts and Euros out of my pocket will the shopkeepers brain explode ? (its bad enough now with punts and sterling when I go shopping across the border)
