Chernobyl was caused by a lack of diligence. I don't really believe the peoples of the U.S., England, France, Isreal, India, Pakistan, ????? (those others who have nuclear plants) have not learned from that disaster, as have our (now) Russian friends. And, believe me, my friend, being paranoid is not helping the situation. We must keep at those who are making the decisions to make the right decisions. Do you really think you and I can change things, as they now stand? I don't. But we may be able to 'direct' their thoughts onto the right paths of reasonability. Let's pray so. God love you for your sincere interest.
