just because they are an ethnic group shouldn't give them any special rights, they should be treated as their actions dictate. and as things stand, they are, it mightn't be fair but its the way it is. and i know all travellers aren't alike, i'm not saying that, i'm looking at this from the view of someone approached to give them a place for their celebrations - it is a big risk.i'm just looking at this at a face value, you're going far deeper into the issue.
