Well I traveled into town today to buy some Groceries and Im travelling up to Ballina this weekend. Im bringing a friend with me but he doesnt count because he's English

Well I can tell you my name and where I live and what the weather was like today but I couldnt tell you how to reconfigure the partitions on my hard drive or overclock my CPU so does that count ?

Why do they need to know that and is it any of their damn business ? Ane they planning the final solution or something otherwise what relevence is it to "planning the Ireland of the 21t Century" ?
7) Miles traveled to work
I have no idea. I never tried to measure it all I know is it takes longer every day and anyway I thought miles went out with gallons, shillings, inches and ounces ?
