If they were going to Holles St. Maternite Hospital, for example, they would use the pay meters all around Merrion Square (if any were free) Alternatively they could go to the Dawson Street Car Park, park the car and walk back down to Holles St. The Rotunda is better because the ILAC car park is much nearer so less chance of the poor babby being delivered on the footpath. Cost of Parking in Dublin? - a hell of a lot more than 60c an hour.
