well spoken disinchanted, i worked up till december last year before coming to live in castlebar with youngsters who had been abused in all sorts of ways in uk, it was an exspierence that i wont ever forget, we talk about lives ruined, yes its true when i remember the way they hit drugs and drink just to try and block out what had being done to them i felt so angry, as a eastern orthodox deacon now living in your town here, i can say abuse is about power, but those in authority at least some of them knew what was happenning, and to me they are just as just as guilty as the ones who kept silent , there are good priests and religious how will they be feeling, but it seems from what i read on sunday this corruption has gone deep in the church, it will take a thourough clean sweep and years of healing for any relief to come, but i feel the people of Ireland who have suffered so much in their past at the hands of others , wont ever feel the same again about the church that took advantage of their children, what did christ say " suffer the little children to come unto me" may God forgive those who did this and may the time now come for a true refounding of the church in this land every blessing rev jon
