Do you think Colin Powell should meet with Arafat before he leaves? I personally do , but in away it seems like a no win situation? It seems war is a lot easier to do than achieve peace. There is so much hate on both sides , with Israel and Palestine. Things difficult for ayone to let go ("you killed my father well you killed my son") and it goes on. I must watch myself not to be arrogant to think these people think like I do , because they do not, we all grew up so differently, most of these folks grew up with war and this hate. What do you do with that? The Palestinians yes are practicing terrorism and murdering many. The press is biased, it amazes me that Israel is doing the very thing the Nazis did to them doing door to door searches , rounding up people in groups and hauling them off. Whats the deal with that? Also Palestinian police officers were found killed by a shot in the back of the head, seems like execution to me as opposed to exchanging gun fire? The other question , is if this has been a way of life forever really for the folks, and the people in power agree for peace , knowing we all do not think a like, is it possiable other groups will come in and continue?
