We should propose the setting up a group to fight this ludicrous proposal. It would ruin the lovely scenery that we have around one of the most precious resources we have left in this town. What's next building on the Mall? It's bad enough that our councillors saw fit to provide a traffic bottle neck at Market Square with the new spaces without messing up the Lake as well for good measure. Do you think therw would be support from among the residents of the town?
