There's another amazingly simple way to beat the copy-protection: simply plug any standard CD player into the Line-In jack on a PC soundcard, and record the audio! There are some drawbacks; you have to let the CD play for its full duration, and the sound quality isn't perfect (the audio is being re-digitizied to PC data). Also some editing may be required to cut out any excess noise, but if you have a good sound-editor that shouldn't be much of a problem.
