Nothing in life is free my friend. Someone, somewhere has to pay for it. I never mentioned Taxi drivers in my post. There are plenty of examples to be seen every day of motorists whether they be taxi drivers or others deciding that they don't care about other people that they park indiscriminately, causing traffic jams while they run into the shop for a newspaper, "sure I'll only be gone a few minutes"
