Sory would have to disagree with the hazard lights thing. As long as a car isn't totally blocking traffic I agree with the use of haz lights as long as the car is not parked any longer than 5 min. If it is used this way then people don't have to park 15 min away from where they need to do a 5min errand. Circumstances will differ of course, but tolerence comes into play. The abuse of the haz lights is annoying however.
