Between Englishman and Henry VII.
Between EXCREMENT AND BASEBALL.

So why does he expect us to distinguish him from school, church and civilian bombers,
expansionists,
impearilists,
styleless,
crude,
ignorant,
rednecks.

To other Americans sorry, but this guy represents all us Europeans hate about America.
Hopefully other Americans can show us a little of what we like about America, other than Eward T.'s brand of Imperalism.
