Did ya here the one about Charlton Heston being shot in accidental crossfire by an automatic weapon?

Heston pumps blood from a failing artery and the shooter apologises profusely when he realises he has shot Ben Hur!!

"That's OK - Mr Free American Citizen" - says CH.
"It is every American citizen's right to bear arms." He slumps to the ground and give up his last happy breath that all he has stood for has been vindicated to the very end!

Of course now if it had been that persons third time to steal a pizza he would have got 20 years to life!!
