Right on RPC - you get the joke. We want da oil so we get it - geddit? We don't ask we take. We smokescreen the voters with justifications - any old thing we can think of - WMD, 911, Axis of Evil, etc. but reely it's just da OIL.

Well maybe just a teensy weensy little bit about supporting the poor ailing cluster bomb industry too - and not forgetting the poor cruise missile factories oweners too. A lot of money down the tubes after Enron and the stock market downturn have to replenish our personal coffers.
