You have to buy a forcloser from the bank, here in the US, not the sheriff, sale. It is the only way to make the rent pay for itself. Or by from the owner before the forcloser. I took a one night class at the college, on buying forclosers. Many bills can be tied to the property, to be paid before you get it free and clear. Also there is a lot more to it. You need a special lawyer and real estate agent. Good luck.
