All you need indoors is a plank or something a couple of inches high - then for one minute solis jump across it from left to right and vice versa, repeat this 5 times each evening for 6 weeks , you'll notice difference - cut back on carbohydrates - drink lots of water- if you have stairs climb them as much as possible until it hurts!
