Yes, go to your library and check out books on exercise. Look for books on crunches (like a sit up) and isometric exercise. Isometric exercise is the use of pushing one muscle against another to increase strenght. One exercise is to push your two hands against each other as hard as you can for 4 seconds until you feel the strain and then count slowly to 10. That is for the upper arms. You will feel the strain. Others are using the wall, door frames, top and sides, shelve, and a chair. I do that with lifting weights, when I find the time. I should do it 2 or 3 times a week. I am repairing a noratrack ski machine and a noratrack gold machine, in my basement. I had taken lessons in weight lifting from one fellow and I heard he got mad at someone and tore the door off a car. He was very powerful. You didn't want to up set that fellow. He was easy going.
