Health issues? Hey, the medical system and those who work in it in the United States is the finest in the worlds. Why is it that the Indians from India and all other third world nations scramble like mad to get to the United States to "practice their "trade?" Medicine. Instead of going home and helping their poor get really decent medical attention. BECAUSE IN THE UNITED STATES THEY ARE GETTING THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS.
