The point was that unless you are rich you don't get good medical care in the US. Compare with Nordic countries where everyone gets excellent treatment. The best in the world? Only if you are rich enough to be able to afford health insurance I think. Just like justice. The public defenders don't give a damn - guilty innocent? Who cares as long as they are black lock em up?
