The Song is called "Ireland's call" written by Phil Coulter. The Main anthem "the soldiers song" is still played at Lansdowne road before an international.]
Could be worse, I remember them having to sing "the rose of tralee" once before a game in New Zealand because they couldnt play the anthem!
As it happens, If you go to an international in Lansdowne road, everyone seems to know Ireland's call.
