yea and you also live in a country where people get arrested for wearing tshirts that say "give peace a chance" and "peace on earth" in a supermarket. personally id take a few drunk teenagers over a violation of my human right to free speech anyday. And another thing, do adults ever think that the reason these teenagers are on the streets is because they have nothing else to do. The underage discos let in people as young 12 so you can see why your average 17 year old doesnt want to be there. I think Irish clubs should do what they do in other countries, once you're 16 you can go into niteclubs and the bouncer on the door gives you a stamp on your hand so you don't get served alcohol. It wouldnt bother me too much if I didn't get served, at least I'd have somewhere to be.
