By holding your tounge I mean, not saying anything to anyone because it usually gets back to them, when you say sneering behing someones back, you are still speaking out not holding your tounge...Speaking out is different from insulting someone which is plain ignorant, alot of what happens on here, but then there's speaking out for what is just and fair, i.e. Kharn getting an umbrella in the face.
