Im assuming it was a mistake (person putting up flag drunk maybe ?) although its been up quite a while now. Its not unusual for pubs catering for tourists to put up American, French, German etc flags during the Summer. At the moment theres a lot of Venezulan flags up bcause of the Special Olympics as well
