All you smart IT bods out there-
I just got 20 spams sent this morning, all with attachments
from different addresses. A few every day, OK, but this was excessive.
Subject matters are believable, such as "Thank you" or " Approval granted" .
I never open unsolicited e mail attachments.
Now for the questions:
1) Does clicking on the e mail risk viral infection if I don't open the attachment?
2) If so, how can I get rid of it (ie delete?) without clicking on the e mail?
3) Is there anyway to eliminate or at least minimize this spam? Many thanks to you all!
