Naturally, the people were too lazy to do it themselves, so we had to scribble all of it into books that then had to be typed by some muppet (i.e. ME!) into the online form on the Buckingham Palace website. We managed to get ourselves on the news for it too (people told me they saw me - I didn't see it myself). Dav
