No Mz you insulted the youngboy by saying to him i quote" Well you are English what do you exspect" it is way out of order to say to insult the country the lad comes, from i can imagine he will very upset and he could get the impression that your remarks were antienglish, you did not mention they were a Joke! but that aside it was a racial remark it poked fun at the country the lad came from, what sort of example are you giving you should be ashamed of yourself and aplogise, as for Irish people speaking better English than the English where is your proff? studies done ect? i am from the UK and i hope i can make myself understood i certainly have had no problems here in Ireland, we really Mz must get away from this mentality that one race is better then any other the world has moved on from that, i admit in groups of people a minority in Uk there is still that old attitude and i dont defend it, i am sure there are groups here in Ireland to, who think the same but the vast majority in both countries just try to get on with living and being civil, that is why i take objection to your remarks to Jack a young 12yold boy, i know it upset him as i have being in contact with him, we must pick our words very carefully MZ i remember being very hurt when i used to have to listen to people i worked with in the UK telling Irish jokes which were branding irish people as thick, now i believe its an offence in UK to do this as being racial and many Irish people have won compensation, rightly so, so please in future just take some care in what you write, especially to a youngboy who has come to live among us let us give a good example
