OK! Postman Pat. but the point is, this way, you have personal contact with the Planning Office and can get to know the people on the desk. They will remember you when you come in again later to ask why no one answered your letter. They are nice people and you can find out their names and chat with them. it's all more user-friendly. Registered letters may get there but make no friends!
