Tech Question on Microsoft Outlook

Hey Dudes -

I have a problem. I'm trying to export contact info from Microsoft Outlook to Access. However Microsoft only seem to allow you to export Frequently Used Fileds which they use their own judgement and twisted logic to determine. Funnily enough the field I use which is one of MY most frequently used fields is not deemed to be one of theirs.

Any one any idea how I can specify that this field be exported. (The field is Nickname BTW!)
