It is rumoured that renegade outbreaks of chat have now spread from AOL/MSN/ICQ to many other so-called "quality" forums such as the Bulletin Board at castlebar.ie. The CDCP calls for an end to all inane, boring, chat, and thoroughly silly postings until the terms of the treaty of posting quality have been finalised. The CDCP requests the assistance of the massed armies under the control of the President of the Republic of Connaught in Exile and the President of the Free Republic of Bohola's crack Sheep Brigade to help enforce the ceasefire.
