Simple. Both incidents are the result of blind hatred on the part of adults, directed towards the most undeserving of victims - innocent little children. And the lesson to be learned is that in the US, major improvemements have been made in race relations, but the situation in NI continues to be as bad as it ever was. The people of NI have a lot to learn about tolerence. And the so called "patriots" on both sides of the issue, those ready to throw bricks and petrol bombs, in defense of what they think should be the ideal outcome of the situation, must be seen as what they really are - terrorists and thugs. The hatred will never accomplish anything.
