Id imagine all the BB/Guestbook stuff is public domain.

Theres probably some agreement between those who supply photos and the company/committee/whatever regarding who owns these The same goes for any written contribuions.

At the end of the day does it really matter ? If you want to use stuff and are unsure of its copyright status Im sure M can point you in the right direction.
