Don't forget that the America demanding that the whole world follow their lead in the fight against terrorism, is the same America that refused to fight global warming, refused to sign an anti land-mine treaty, refused to support a decrease in small arms proliferation, refused to sign a treaty banning child soldiers, threatened the nuclear test ban treaty, threatened the SALT treaty regarding the control of nuclear arms, and went ahead with a self-serving Star Wars policy. Now the US government demands the the whole world fall into lock-step behind them and fight global terrorism, saying that to refuse to, makes a "neutral" contry an enemy of the US. If the US wants to be treated as a member of the global community - we should start ACTING like one. Support ONLY a UN mandate on the terrorism issue.
