It wasn't too long ago when many an Irish household was delighted to receive the dollars in the post from its offspring in the U.S. Quite alot of families were dependent on that money. Can we not even acknowledge that! It seems to me that this Celtic Tiger thing has made alot of the Irish too cocky.
