The mother of the house was questioned about where they got the fireworks, which are illegal in Illinois. She said she didn't know where they could've gotten them. She certainly didn't buy fireworks for her kid. The police then searched her car and found a nice big box of illegal fireworks that she had just gone to the next state (about a half an hour drive from her house) to buy. Gee, I wonder where they got the fireworks from.
