Can anyone tell me when will the unbelively long list for hospital operations in the public sector b shortened?

The way i c it the wealthy get served 1st.
Im sure most people will agree when i say health is more important then building a billion ££ soccer stadium (Bertie Bowl?) and other such throwaways..... instead build more hosptals and get more specialist doctors from outside the country if theres not enough here , then when the Health of the copuntry is in order build as many Bertie Bowls as u want.

whats the solution to the problem if u cannot afford VHI or BUPA?
